The Job: On behalf of our client we are seeking Temporary Finance Coordinator. This is for a period of 6 months. The role will involve ccoordinating the smooth running of their schemes and also will involve supplying accurate reporting information to various teams and departments. You will be responsible for a wide range of tasks from day to day plan administration, process review, data interrogation and continuous improvement management. Responsibilities will include: Daily payout and plan administration Managing dealer and manufacturer queries On-boarding new dealer and manufacturer relationships Manufacturer, dealer and ad hoc report creation and distribution Stock audit analysis and follow up Data review and interrogation Process review identifying key data and continuous improvement concepts Assisting with the facilitation of Wholesale projects The Person: For this role our client is seeking the following experience and skills: Experience of working in a finance administration role Strong knowledge of all Microsoft Office applications (Advance Excel skills preferable) Ability to work accurately and to tight deadlines Ability to work as part as a team as well as autonomously Excellent attention to detail Confident dealing with a variety of tasks and working under pressure. The Location: Basingstoke (near train station) The Hourly Rate: £13.30 per hour The Contract: 6 months The Hours: 8.45am to 5.15pm Monday - Friday
