Experienced Part-time Accounts Assistant required for an award-winning company based in Bradford.
* This is a newly created role due to business growth/demands.
* Part time - 3 days per week - flexible with the hours/days to suit business needs.
* Initially remote working but must be local to Bradford area.
Duties to include but not limited to:
* Financial record keeping: Maintain accurate financial records, including reconciling balance sheets.
* Accounts payable and receivable: Process invoices, manage accounts payable and perform accounts receivable responsibilities.
* Payroll: Track hours, calculate deductions and manage relationship with potential service provider (c20 employees and c120 contractors).
* Financial data entry: Enter financial data onto Xero, including contractor and staff timesheets, ensuring completeness and accuracy.
* Financial analysis: Analyse financial data to support business decisions.
* Expense requests: Process expense requests.
* Other support: Provide support and assistance to the senior leadership team as required.
The person:
* Previous experience is essential.
* Good IT skills, including Excel, are essential.
* Knowledge of Xero is desirable.
* Good attention to detail is required.
