Description Accounts Assistant Process supplier invoices, ensuring accuracy and timely payment. Reconcile supplier statements and resolve discrepancies. Generate customer invoices and monitor payments. Chase overdue accounts and maintain an accurate debtors ledger. Reconcile bank accounts and resolve any discrepancies promptly. Assist with managing petty cash and employee expenses. Assist in preparing monthly management accounts and reports. Maintain accurate records for audit and compliance purposes Support the finance team with ad-hoc tasks and projects. Maintain up-to-date records in the accounting system.
