The role
As a receptionist, you’ll manage our reception, act as a first point of contact for visitors and clients, and provide exceptional customer service and administrative support.
Responsibilities:
* Manage the switchboard, receiving external/internal calls and answering all incoming calls politely and courteously.
* Monitor all incoming reception email inbox and ensure emails are distributed to the appropriate members of staff.
* Manage the central booking system for the conference room facilities.
* Collect, record and distribute all incoming mail.
* Undertake specific administration tasks as directed by the Programme Coordinator effectively and efficiently.
Essential Experience:
* Experience of manning a switchboard, dealing with internal/external customers.
* Experience of working in an office environment.
