Castles & Coasts Housing Association (CCHA) is currently looking to recruit, part time (14.5 hours per week) Lettings & Neighbourhoods Assistant, on a permanent basis based in Workington with a salary of £24,400 - £26,275 per annum + benefits package (pro rata).

As a Lettings & Neighbourhoods Assistant, you would be part of a friendly, professional and customer focused team. With some training you will assist in the delivery of an excellent service across all aspects of lettings and tenancy management.
The successful candidate will ideally have experience and skills in an administrative role that includes:
Work effectively in a team
Organisational skills and good time management
Schedule appointments
Good understanding of Microsoft packages
Using a variety of electronic recording and monitoring systems
Maintaining accurate and timely records
