Our client are a leader in their field, who are seeking to recruit an Administrator to join them, due to an exciting period of growth!
Working Hours: Monday – Friday – 5 days – (10:30AM- 6:00PM)
Role responsibilities:
1. Planning and scheduling work to site staff.
2. Raising permits.
3. Creating job packs.
4. Liaising with clients, providing job updates/progress reports
5. Responding to emails/calls in a timely manner
Skills required:
6. Good written and verbal communication skills
7. High level of attention to detail
8. Proficient use of Microsoft packages
