At Charis you'll take full ownership of our growing Sales & Marketing function, leading a talented team to drive revenue growth, build key client relationships, and expand our portfolio of services. You will: Lead and inspire a newly formed commercial team, developing capabilities through positive management, coaching and forward planning, setting strategic direction and driving results. Identify new opportunities for growth, diversification and expansion within our product and service portfolio. Take the lead on the design and development of new products or services, clearly articulating the proposition to sell and ensuring supported by a commercially sound business case Develop and execute innovative sales and marketing strategies to maximise revenue and client engagement. Build strong relationships with key clients, industry leaders and regulatory bodies to stay ahead of trends. Act as a senior brand ambassador, ensuring a consistent, high-quality approach to all client interactions. Collaborate across teams to align commercial goals with overall business strategy.
