About the Role: As a Site Manager, you’ll lead the on-site delivery of residential projects, ensuring quality, safety, and efficiency at every stage. Key Responsibilities: Overseeing day-to-day operations of housing projects across the Midlands. Ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to a high standard of quality. Managing site teams, subcontractors, and suppliers effectively. Maintaining compliance with health and safety standards. Working closely with housing associations and other stakeholders to ensure project success. Identifying and addressing challenges proactively to ensure smooth progress. What We’re Looking For: Proven experience as a Site Manager, or an Assistant Site Manager ready to step up. SMSTS (Site Management Safety Training Scheme) certification. First Aid qualification. Experience with housing association projects is highly desirable. Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
