Job summary Grafton Square Surgery are looking to recruit an experienced Healthcare Assistant in South East London (SW4). The role requires NMC Registrations and experience working in a Primary Care. You will need to be a competent phlebotomist, have experience in administering B12 injections and flu jabs, performing Diabetic Checks and NHS Health Checks. Main duties of the job Assist in and perform routine tasks related to patient care as directed by Practice Nurse Manager and GPs. Main responsibilities are listed below. 1. Nursing NHS Health Checks Diabetic Checks BP monitoring Urinalysis Phlebotomy Assisting with seasonal vaccination campaigns as required Weight monitoring Restocking/maintaining equipment and clinical areas 2. Administration and professional responsibilities Participate in the administrative and professional responsibilities of the Practice team Ensure the clinical computer system is kept up to date with accurate details Ensure accurate completion of all necessary documentation Attend and participate in Practice meetings To create and send recall letters for clinics 3.
