Are you a hands-on IT professional looking to be the first line of support in a fast-paced environment? My client is seeking a proactive and problem-solving IT Support Technician to maintain their technology infrastructure and ensure operational efficiency. Responsibilities: Providing first-line support, troubleshooting technical issues, and assisting employees on-site. Setting up, configuring, and maintaining laptops, printers, and other essential devices. Tracking IT assets and ensuring equipment is properly documented and backed up. Managing and maintaining local network equipment, including routers, switches, and cabling. Escalating complex technical issues to internal teams or external IT partners as needed. Proactively identifying and resolving potential IT problems before they impact operations. Key Skills: Experience in IT support, troubleshooting hardware and software issues. Ability to manage IT assets and implement backup solutions. Strong problem-solving mindset with a proactive approach to IT support. Knowledge of routers, switches, and cabling for network management. Excellent communication skills, capable of explaining technical issues in simple terms. Adaptability to a growing business with evolving IT needs.
