The Salvation Army, Wisbech Corps are looking to recruit a Cleaner as part of our staff & volunteer team in a busy church/community centre.
Key Responsibilities:
As Hall Cleaner your role will be to efficiently keep the building clean for the centre users, as well as for any of the Church activities that take place. Attention to detail and good communication skills are essential. You will be required to work to an agreed cleaning schedule in accordance with our Health & Safety procedures and COSHH requirements.
The successful candidate(s) will have:
Previous experience in cleaning and the proper use of cleaning equipment
Knowledge of relevant health & safety requirements and procedures
Ability to work effectively to a high standard and with minimal supervision
Able to follow a cleaning schedule to ensure all of the building is cleaned on a weekly basis
Candidates must also be committed to the values, aims and ethos of The Salvation Army.
