Due to a client expansion, we are looking for an onsite account manager for our evolving customer base close to Wakefield, West Yorkshire!

The onsite account manager will be responsible for all day-to-day operations for our customer to ensure smooth operational success.
Responsibilities:
* Manage and recruit for a reputable logistics company based on-site close to Wakefield, taking ownership of building effective client relationships and operational delivery.
* Understand client requirements and deadlines.
* Overachieve KPIs set out by team managers.
* Advertise jobs and engage with potential candidates via phone, text, email, and social media.
* Arrange walk-arounds and inductions.
* Handle all admin such as new start setups and RTW checks.
* Check in new starters and set up workers on the clock card machine.
* Regularly update the management team.
* Fully understand client requirements and ensure consistent fulfillment.
* Manage workers effectively, including absence, pay queries, performance, and retention.
* Attend weekly meetings to review performance and delivery.
* Plan and organize the induction process for new starters, including meet and greet and issuing of welcome packs/clock cards.
Skills and Experience:
* Travel to the site daily and liaise with the team to plan for the day.
* Full UK driving license and own vehicle required due to the location of the new site.
* Must have exposure to building client relationships at all levels.
* Experienced and successful at managing and delivering results and performance stats.
* Computer literate (mainly Excel).
* Strong people management skills and enjoys a challenge and working to targets.
* Excellent communication skills!
* Excellent client-facing skills with the ability to build effective and sustainable relationships.
* Problem-solving ability and able to use initiative.
* Excellent organizational skills.
* Ability to effectively handle a busy and varied workload, meet tight deadlines, and prioritize.
