What You'll Do:
* Innovate: Develop and implement cutting-edge retention strategies to boost customer loyalty and minimise churn. But you will need to fully hands-on. No room here for passengers you are the designer and the maker with the support of a dynamic high performing management team.
* Data-Driven Decisions: Analyse customer behaviours and feedback to uncover trends and identify opportunities for enhancing satisfaction.
* Lead: Work independently to own retention and develop and deliver retention programmes, improve customer experiences and enhance net promoter score by taking action and solving problems that may yet to be discovered.
* Monitor and Report: Keep a close eye on key performance indicators (KPIs) such as churn rate, customer lifetime value (CLV), and Net Promoter Score (NPS), providing regular insights and more than reports - insights and action! This is about solving problems, not just looking at them.
* Engage and Communicate: Oversee targeted communication initiatives designed to engage and retain our valued customers.
* Problem-Solve: Proactively identify and address any issues that could impact customer satisfaction and loyalty.
What We're Looking For:
* Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
* Professional Experience: 3-5 years in customer retention, customer success, or a similar role within an online subscription-based business.
* Analytical Skills: Strong proficiency in data analysis with the ability to interpret complex datasets to drive strategic decisions.
* Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities, with a talent for building strong customer relationships.
* Technical Proficiency: Experience with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software and analytics tools.
* Problem-Solving Abilities: Strong critical thinking skills with a proactive approach to identifying and resolving issues.
* Team Collaboration: Demonstrated ability to work effectively within cross-functional teams.
