As the Change Support Officer your primary role will be to coordinate and direct CIS change activities supporting the business needs. Main responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Champion and utilise change processes to deliver capability requirements across the Enterprise.
Engage with customers to understand and refine requirements and provide through life support for chnage requests with regular updates on progress, timelines, blockers, risks, etc.
Identify and actively manage relevant stakeholders to deliver capability requirements.
Ensure effective prioritisation, feasibility and deliverability assessments, risk and obsolescence management and implementation of change requirements to satisfy end user needs.
Assist in co-ordinating and arranging collaborative meetings, tracking actions, and ensuring business value is obtained on time, to required standards and that benefits are realised.
Support backlog prioritisation, share subject matter expertise and feedback during planning events.
Seek feedback on the processes and proactively identify opportunities to innovate and continuously improve ways of working.
