Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Office Administrator to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office by managing various administrative tasks. This position requires a proactive individual with excellent organisational skills and a strong ability to communicate effectively.
Duties
1. Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently to maintain up-to-date records.
2. Document creation, spreadsheet management, and processing orders.
3. Clerical duties including filing, photocopying, and managing correspondence.
4. Provide administrative support to projects, leading on administrative tasks and ensuring good communication across teams to meet deadlines.
5. Answer phone calls with professionalism, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette.
6. Organise office supplies and ensure the office environment is tidy and welcoming.
7. Assist in scheduling appointments and coordinating meetings for the COO.
8. Provide administrative support to management team as needed.
9. Devise and maintain an effective follow-up system for responses, timelines, etc.
10. Proficient in data entry with a keen eye for detail.
11. Strong knowledge of Google and Microsoft.
12. Experience in clerical work with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
13. Competent in using computerised systems for record keeping and communication.
14. Excellent phone etiquette and interpersonal skills for effective communication.
15. Highly organised with the ability to prioritise tasks efficiently.
16. Proficient typing skills to ensure timely completion of documentation.
17. Accuracy and attention to detail.
18. Previous experience of working in a small organisation or charity.
19. Previously supported senior leadership team.

Salary: £25,000-£27,000 per annum depending on experience.
