Job Description
This position is the financial analyst for our Energy business, working closely with the management team. The role involves managing the timesheet process and preparing information for multiple applications. This role is office-based, located in Aberdeen.

Responsibilities
* Support the team in managing the financial performance of the business, including the preparation and review of the Contract Leaders' Report (CLR).
* Ensure the integrity of costs, revenue ledgers, and transaction processing in Contract Accounting.
* Maintain monthly Balance Sheet reconciliations.
* Maintain accurate records of all hours worked by directly employed labor by setting up and maintaining appropriate systems and procedures, ensuring weekly timesheet generation and cost allocation.
* Implement financial control, governance, segregation of duties, and process flows in line with Group guidelines.
* Demonstrate robust communication and leadership skills.
* Ensure all cash book, accounts receivable, accounts payable, and general ledger processes are accurate and timely.
* Serve as the finance point of contact for internal, external, and client audits.
* Manage the Accounts Receivable process and debtor control.
Qualifications
* Experience in a similar role.
* Qualified accountant with a recognized professional body or nearing qualification.
* Excellent communication skills, confident in relating to people at all levels, both verbal and written.
* Strong analytical skills with attention to detail, maintaining an ethical approach to data and respecting confidentiality.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
