Who are looking for a skilled, data-driven Paid Social Executive to support their Performance Media Managers in expanding their digital reach. In this position, you will be essential in executing and optimizing multi-channel performance marketing campaigns, with a strong emphasis on Paid Social. You’ll collaborate closely with the PPC and Social Media Managers to drive growth through data-driven strategies. The role: Campaign Execution: Assist in planning, launching, and optimizing paid social campaigns; support PPC and additional channels as needed. Cross-Channel Support: Collaborate with various channels to ensure consistent messaging and strategic alignment. Performance Optimization: Utilize analytics to pinpoint improvement areas, conduct A/B tests, refine targeting, and adjust creatives for maximum impact. Reporting & Insights: Produce regular campaign performance reports, providing insights and recommendations to Performance Media Managers. Trend Monitoring: Keep up with platform updates, emerging trends, and competitor activities to maintain competitive, current strategies. The person: 2 years of hands-on experience in paid media, with a specialty in paid social and knowledge of PPC channels. Proven data-driven approach to optimizing campaigns. Proficiency in Excel and GA4. Detail-oriented in tracking budgets, targeting, and ensuring campaign accuracy. Ability to excel in a fast-paced environment, juggle multiple tasks, and adapt to shifting priorities.
