Is this role for you?
We are looking for a HubSpot Platform Specialist for a 12 months fixed term contract (maternity cover). This role will own and optimize our HubSpot CRM, ensuring seamless integration with other business tools including Salesforce. This role will be responsible for managing CRM processes, automation, data integrity, reporting, and user adoption across sales, marketing, and customer success teams.
You will play a key role in driving operational efficiency, supporting the wider GTM optimisation team, and ensuring all relevant teams can fully leverage HubSpot’s capabilities.

Responsibilities
* Maintain and enhance the CRM to support sales, marketing, and customer success.
* Ensure accurate and reliable records through deduplication, segmentation, and workflow automation.
* Design and manage automation, sequences, and lead scoring models to streamline processes.
* Ensure seamless integration between HubSpot, Salesforce, marketing tools, and third-party applications.
* Optimize dashboards and reports to provide actionable insights for sales and marketing.
* Manage roles, permissions, and provide training to drive adoption and best practices.
* Diagnose and resolve issues, maintaining platform efficiency and reliability.
* Implement revenue operations processes and develop attribution models for campaign analysis.
* Configure and maintain HubSpot CMS for landing pages and website optimization.
* Conduct audits, stay updated on feature releases, and recommend enhancements.
* Work with sales, marketing, and customer success teams to refine CRM workflows and ensure alignment.
Minimum Requirements
* Minimum 3+ years in a HubSpot Administrator or similar CRM/marketing automation role.
* Hands-on experience with Sales, Marketing, and Operations Hubs, including automation, reporting, and integrations.
* Proven experience managing HubSpot-Salesforce integrations and resolving sync issues.
* Track record of enhancing CRM processes, automation, and data governance for efficiency.
* Strong background in data analysis, dashboard creation, and performance tracking for actionable insights.
* Strong technical and analytical skills to diagnose and resolve system issues.
* Ability to manage multiple priorities, stakeholders, and platform enhancements effectively.
* Strong verbal and written communication skills for training, documentation, and cross-team collaboration.
* Ensuring data accuracy, compliance, and adherence to company policies in all CRM processes.
Location: This role is based in the UK and aligned with our Marlow office.
