The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of recruitment processes, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently. Key Responsibilities: Talent Acquisition : Source, screen, and shortlist qualified candidates for various positions. Candidate Engagement : Build and maintain strong relationships with potential candidates, providing a positive experience throughout the recruitment process. Client Collaboration : Work closely with Milestone One Talent Manager to understand specific needs and tailor recruitment strategies accordingly. Interview Coordination : Schedule and conduct initial interviews, and coordinate further rounds with internal teams. Database Management : Maintain and update candidate databases, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality. Requirements: Proven experience as a recruiter, preferably in a freelance or remote capacity. Strong knowledge of recruitment techniques and tools, including LinkedIn, job boards, and ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems). Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Must be a fluent English and Spanish speaker, also Portuguese will be an advantage. Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously. Self-motivated with a strong sense of urgency and attention to detail. Familiarity with the healthcare industry and especially clinical research and its specific recruitment needs is a huge plus.
