Customer Service Associate Manchester To £25,000 plus bonus and benefits Our client is a specialist bank providing first class customer service. Due to growth they are looking to recruit an Customer Service Associate. The successful Customer Service Associate will work closely with the Customer Service Savings Team Leader and team to deliver exceptional service for customers, alongside general support to the wider business. Day to day tasks will include: Be the first point of contact with savings customers on the phone and via email. Help customers with the opening and ongoing running of their accounts. Ensure accurate and timely response to customer queries. Met service level agreements for processes as specified by the Savings Manager. Liaise with the wider business, including Cash Operations, Change and Finance. Represent the Savings team including ross functional projects providing insight for process improvements. Ensure all retail processes are completed efficiently and accurately. Complaints to be dealt with effectively by following internal processes.
