Customer Service Coordinator
Salary: £26-£30k
Location: Papworth Everard
Hours: Monday to Friday 40 hours a week

Our client is a customer-focused company working alongside hospitality clients and dedicated to providing exceptional service to their diverse portfolio of clients. We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Customer Service Co-Ordinator to join our clients experienced Account Management team. In this role, you will be the main point of contact for day-to-day customer queries and will play a key role in enhancing customer relationships to drive retention.
Key Responsibilities:
* Maintain customer records and update information on their inhouse IT system.
* Handle orders, queries, and enquiries from customers and colleagues.
* Communicate effectively with other departments, including Production, Transport, and Dispatch.
* Maintain several reports and spreadsheets.
* Manage service issues, including updating their CRM records.
* Order work-wear and chefs-wear garments from approved suppliers.
* Manually receive and book in garments.
* Label garments accurately.
* Conduct monthly counts of their garment inventory.
* Issue garments within the agreed timeframe with the customer.
