Job purpose To provide a friendly and approachable HR office presence, supporting our trainees across the Firm. This role offers flexitime arrangement 8am- 6.30pm, core hours being 10am-4.30pm. Main duties Complete HR, Recruitment and Training administration relating to the Early Talent client group and support other members of the team where necessary. Key Responsibilities Act as the first point of contact for queries from the Early Talent client group. Provides information relating to HR policy or escalates to Early Talent Advisor as appropriate. Handles training requests and exam bookings as required to ensure they are logged and booked correctly. Produces training agreements for employees. Keeping training logs updated for study and exam dates and pathways. Tracks study schedules and exam results/progress, ensuring exam successes are shared on SharePoint. Support the training budget process. Familiarise self with professional qualifications and pathways. Schedules and assists in the coordination of assessment days, apprentice recruitment and careers fair campaigns. Schedules and administrates induction programmes for graduate cohorts and apprentices, liaising with managers and HR team. Ensures apprentices have completed the relevant enrolment forms prior to studies commencing. Liaises with Kaplan and other training providers as required. General HR Administration Work with the HR Administrator to ensure all HR processes run smoothly and efficiently. Equipment used Strong knowledge of MS Suite software, Outlook, PeopleHR. Skills, Knowledge and Experience Educated to degree standard. A CIPD level 3 qualification is desirable. A minimum of 12 months administrative experience - ideally in an HR department Able to deal confidently and effectively with employees and partners. Organised, able to multitask and meet deadlines calmly. Strong written and oral communication skills are essential. Excellent attention to detail and a strong team player. Hands on, flexible and proactive. Confident with excel. Has a ‘can do’ attitude.
