This full-time, permanent position offers a competitive salary of £36,000, with the opportunity to share in the group's sales commission pot based on revenue. The working hours are from 8.30am – 5.30pm, Monday to Friday, with a 1.5-hour break each day. Flexibility is key, as there may be occasions when you'll need to stay late to ensure work is completed in good time. Key Responsibilities: Manage sales inquiries and provide top-tier customer service to high-profile clients, with a unique touch that reflects your passions for theatre, vintage arts, creative arts and entertainment. Collaborate with the sales team to efficiently respond to online inquiries and transform them into successful sales. Communicate effectively and enthusiastically with clients, especially high-profile individuals, ensuring every interaction is professional and infused with your passion for creative arts. Take initiative and confidently work independently, while maintaining a positive and supportive approach in team efforts. Demonstrate flexibility, including adjusting work hours and breaks to meet client needs and business demands. Essential Requirements: A knack for storytelling, theatre, creativity or a relevant qualification in a creative field (We welcome applicants who have a love for bringing characters and stories to life through creative expressions) Exceptional communication skills, both verbally and in writing, with the ability to engage clients in a friendly and professional manner. Ability to thrive under pressure while maintaining your unique flair and a sense of humour when needed. A proactive team player who can take charge when necessary but always keeps the group’s goals in mind.
