2. Review progress and chair meetings as required for works associated with both build and M&E sub-contractors.
3. Co-ordinate between all associated services including Utilities, Sprinklers, M&E installation, PV, Security, and CCTV packages.
4. Manage the process through to client handover, including commissioning and OM manual documentation.
Minimum Requirements
1. You will be a qualified building services engineer with an electrical bias operating at Project Engineer level or have worked within a similar M&E coordinator/manager role for a build contractor.
2. Have the capability and understanding to coordinate both mechanical and electrical disciplines within a commercial build project.
3. You should be a strong communicator comfortable operating at all levels.
4. Be a pro-active personality, holding the ability to spot issues before they become a problem.

6. Hold a Full UK driving licence.
Although this role is designated as a fixed-term contract, there is an expectation that it will progress onto other regional major projects that are secured for the end of 2025, which would tie in with project completion and handover.
If you would like to be considered for this vacancy, please send an up-to-date CV detailing your career history to date and I will be in touch to discuss the opportunity further.
