4. Responding to challenging behaviour, using de-escalation strategies and physical intervention when necessary
5. Working collaboratively as part of a supportive team of Behaviour Mentors
We Are Looking for Someone Who:
1. Has strong behaviour management experience and a passion for working with children with additional needs
2. Is confident, adaptable, and professional
3. Builds positive, trusting relationships with pupils
4. Has previous experience as a TA, HLTA, or in a similar support role
If you’re passionate about making a real difference in children’s lives and can confidently support pupils in Welsh, we’d love to hear from you.
