This role is ideal for someone who enjoys being at the centre of things, can manage multiple responsibilities, and wants to be part of a collaborative and forward-thinking team. Key Responsibilities Serve as the first point of contact for visitors, couriers, and suppliers. Manage daily office operations: supplies, meeting rooms, deliveries, and equipment. Provide general administrative support to teams, including scheduling and document management. Assist with onboarding new hires and organising team-wide communications. Support internal events, meetings, and office culture initiatives. Coordinate travel bookings and expenses when needed. Keep the workspace clean, efficient, and organised. What We're Looking For Experience in a receptionist, office admin, or operations support role (start-up or tech environment preferred). Highly organised, proactive, and comfortable multitasking. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Confident using (or learning) digital tools like Google Workspace, Slack, Notion, etc. Comfortable working independently in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. A positive, can-do attitude and a team-first mindset.
