They are strong within both their corporate and retail sales departments and are well known both within Southampton, Winchester and nationally for their service. They are currently seeking a Service Advisor preferably with motor trade experience and passion for all things automotive. Our Client has a state-of-the-art showroom, with the latest technology to impress and inspire customers and employees alike. Due to an increase in demand, they are currently requiring a Service Advisor for their busy Aftersales Department This role would suit individuals with automotive Service Advisor experience, ideally within the premium sector. Duties of a Service Advisor with our Client: Meeting and greeting customers. Provide customers with information and advice on repairs, explaining the repair estimate with the customer & ensuring customer agrees to all work. Call customers to advise them about service changes or car pick-up times. Answer questions about service outcomes, schedule and book appointments, vehicle drop-off and vehicle pick-up. Filing paperwork, ensuring all invoices are accurate. Taking Payment for agreed repair. Assist Manager with the branch’s workflow and schedule. Maintain positive customer relationships to always ensure repeat business and brand protection. What our client expects of their Service Advisors: Enjoy working in a fast-paced environment. A strong understanding of automotive technology and the automotive industry Proficiency with industry-specific software, preferably Drive/CDK/Kerridge. Excellent customer service, interpersonal and communication expertise. Strong organisational, decision-making, and problem-solving skills. Organisational skills and work well under pressure. Good team player. You will hold a Full UK Driving Licence.
