HIGHER LEVEL TEACHING ASSISTANT (HLTA) POST TITLE: HLTA LOCATION: To be worked across both sites (Letchworth and Hitchin) GRADE: H5/H6 ‘Depending on Experience’ ABOUT THE ROLE The North Herts Education Support Centre (NHESC) is currently recruiting for a HLTA to work with KS3 and KS4 students. The NHESC works with young people who have been excluded or at risk of permanent exclusion from mainstream schools. Our job is to re-engage them with education so that they can have a successful future. To be successful in this role, the applicant must be a strong team player who can work off their own initiative whilst remaining a confident, empathetic and positive character in the Centre. You will be joining a dedicated team of inspirational educators who always put children at the heart of everything they do. The ideal candidate must have an HLTA Qualification and/or studying towards this qualification.
