Our Client, Trim Homes Limited require a Business Support Officer with extensive business development experience to carry out the following
The Business Support Officer will play a critical administrative and operational role in the successful delivery of Trim Homes Limited’s ongoing business expansion. The role involves supporting the business consultant on a major sports centre development project, while also managing core business-as-usual (BAU) responsibilities across the existing property portfolio. The successful candidate will liaise with local councils, oversee tenant management, coordinate repairs, and ensure all project activities and administrative functions run smoothly. In addition to operational and administrative support, the Business Support Officer will bring business development experience to identify new commercial opportunities, assist in the scaling of the sports centre project, and contribute to strategic growth planning.
– Provide day-to-day administrative and project coordination support to the Business Consultant
– Assist with planning applications and liaising with planning consultants and local councils
– Maintain accurate records of project timelines, invoices, communications, and contracts
– Manage relationships with contractors, suppliers, and stakeholders involved in the development
– Coordinate repair and maintenance requests across the company’s property portfolio
– Liaise with tenants to resolve issues, manage queries, and ensure satisfaction
– Support financial tracking, including budget monitoring and processing payments
– Contribute to the preparation of progress reports, presentations, and business documents
– Ensure compliance with legal, regulatory, and internal processes
– Provide flexible support on both the strategic project and ongoing property management operations
– Support business development efforts including lead generation, partnership outreach, and commercial opportunity analysis
– Assist in preparing business cases and investment proposals for Phase 2 and Phase 3 of the development
– Proven experience in business administration, operations, or project coordination
– Strong organisational and multitasking skills
– Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
– Proficient in Microsoft Office and digital tools
– Experience in property management or real estate (desirable)
– Ability to work independently and take initiative in a fast-paced environment
– Background in business development or commercial operations (preferred)
– Strategic mindset with ability to spot growth opportunities

Salary: £39,000
