Our client is a well-established SaaS business, the market leader in its sector, with exciting growth plans. They seek an experienced Presales Consultant to work alongside their commercial team to demonstrate and present the capabilities of Dynamics 365 Business Central and their proprietary solutions to drive this expansion forward.
The role will involve:
1. Engagement with prospects and existing customers, helping the sales teams identify, understand, and define customers' needs.
2. Building demos and developing tender responses, to the highest standards.
3. Working alongside the commercial teams to demonstrate and present the capabilities of the solutions to enable the continuing development and growth of the flourishing Enterprise Division.
4. Supporting the account management teams in customer account reviews to help maintain excellent levels of customer retention.
5. Building relationships with the sales, marketing, R&D, and product management functions, using your industry and product expertise to influence marketing campaigns and future product development.
The successful candidate must have:
1. Excellent knowledge of Dynamics 365 Business Central/Dynamics NAV.
2. Demonstrable Presales/Consultancy experience gained from a successful career selling, demonstrating, implementing, or supporting software solutions.
3. An ability to design and deliver compelling sales and technical presentations both online and in person.
4. An eye for detail and an inquisitive nature, and enjoy solving problems in a team-selling environment.
5. Confidence and credibility and be able to build business relationships at all levels.
