Inclusive Consulting is excited to partner with a well-established professional services organisation, recognised for its strong company culture and commitment to employee development. We are recruiting a talented Finance Manager to lead a high-performing finance team based in central Leeds. This role focuses on leadership, coaching, and process improvement, ensuring best practices and financial control across the organisation.
Role Responsibilities
* Lead and develop a team of seven finance professionals, fostering a culture of empowerment and collaboration.
* Oversee financial controls, ensuring compliance and efficiency while driving continuous process improvement.
* Manage month-end and year-end financial reporting, providing insights and analysis to support strategic decision-making.
* Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, including auditors, to maintain high financial standards.
* Support recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and development processes within the finance team.
Person Specification
* Fully qualified (ACCA, ACA, CIMA, or equivalent).
* Strong leadership and team management skills, with experience coaching and mentoring finance professionals.
* Skilled in financial reporting, process optimisation, and implementing effective financial controls.
* Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities, with a collaborative and proactive approach.
* Strong analytical skills with a keen eye for identifying opportunities for improvement.

This permanent role offers a competitive salary up to £55,000, based in Leeds City Centre with hybrid working.
