About the Position
Energy Exemplar is looking for an Executive & Project Coordinator to provide executive coordination and administrative support for various commercial team transformation initiatives and projects. This role will be assisting the SVP, EMEA with day-to-day schedule and tactical capacity management, travel coordination, with maximizing effectiveness and collaboration across the Go-To-Market team and other administrative tasks to ensure growth and organizational performance.

Key responsibilities this person will perform:
* Manage the SVP, EMEA’s calendar, schedule meetings, and coordinate internal and external appointments, working closely with the SVP on prioritization of individual and team activities
* Oversee administrative aspects of the full commercial cycle, assist the Go-To-Market team with maximizing efficiency and structure, reports, presentations, and other documentation
* Arrange and quality-assure travel plans, accommodations, and itineraries for SVP EMEA and occasionally other senior team members
* Manage expense reports, invoices, and reimbursements for SVP and occasionally other EMEA executives
* Support in organizing, collecting and maintaining data and preparing presentations related to commercial reports, forecasts, performance analysis and board/investor reports
* Proactively drive and contribute to change projects and propose team efficiency improvement initiatives.
* Prepare meeting agendas, take minutes, and follow up on action items and on project progress
* Organize and coordinate internal and external events, including team meetings, conferences, and client presentations
* Assist in various project management and commmercial transformation activities, helping to coordinate, track key initiatives and deadlines to support successful exeuction
* Support the Commercial Team move towards a Strategic, Enterprise Sales model and accelerate EMEA growth
* Serve as a point of contact for customers when commmercial representatives need support or are unavailable
* Manage SalesForce CRM system and BI-reporting, ensuring data is accurate and up to date
Coordinate and communicate with other departments and stakeholders to support the executive’s initiatives
Candidate Requirements & Qualifications
* Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field preferred
* 5+ years of experience in a commercial/sales support, administrative, project or executive assistant role within a corporate software or technology organization
* Strong organizational, multitasking and project management/coordination skills with attention to detail including grammar, spelling, and aesthetics of information shared out (especially externally)
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and juggle priorities and deliverables for executives and team members across EMEA locations
* Ability to think strategically with a strong focus on details, passion for supporting others and always looking for ways to improve
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both in-person and virtual situations, additional languages and cross-cultural work/life experience will be an advantage
Proficient in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Teams and SalesForce
