CLOUD ENGINEER - AMAZON CONNECT
Key Responsibilities:
* Technical Implementation: Work closely with senior engineers and architects to design, test, and implement contact center solutions.
* AWS Expertise: Utilize your knowledge of AWS services (Lambda, DynamoDB, S3, SNS, Lex, API Gateway, Pinpoint, etc.) to help create effective contact center systems.
* Amazon Connect: Gain hands-on experience with Amazon Connect features, including designing contact flows, setting up agent desktops, and optimizing routing strategies.
* AWS CDK: Learn and apply AWS CDK for infrastructure automation, streamlining deployments and simplifying management of AWS resources.
* Troubleshooting & Problem Solving: Resolve technical challenges and ensure smooth performance of contact center applications.
* Ongoing Learning: Stay up-to-date with the latest in Amazon Connect, AWS services, and contact center technologies.
Key Requirements:
* A basic understanding of cloud computing and contact center technologies.
* Familiarity with AWS services and architecture.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
* Attention to detail and the ability to follow technical specifications accurately.
Preferred Skills:
* Experience with scripting languages like Python or JavaScript .
* Previous exposure to performance or load testing in cloud-based systems.
