Temporary Finance Administrator
Location: Eastbourne, parking onsite
Duration: ongoing at the moment
Hours: Monday to Friday 9-5
Salary: £13-£14 an hour
Office Angels are partnering a leading charity and are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated temporary Finance Administrator to join the team and support the finance department.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist with day-to-day financial operations, including accounts payable and receivable.
Process invoices, expense reports, and payment transactions accurately and efficiently.
Maintain and update financial records and databases.
Reconcile bank statements and assist with month-end closing procedures.
Provide administrative support to the finance team, including filing, data entry, and document management.
Assist with credit controlQualifications:
Proven experience in a finance role
Strong understanding of basic financial processes.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
Excellent organisational and time management skills.
Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record-keeping.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Knowledge of SAGE and or XeroNext steps:
