These explain the job role and the type of person we're looking for., The postholder will support and assist with a variety of tasks and projects in the Customer Service Operations team that will widen their knowledge and experience in this service area, alongside completing a Modern Apprenticeship framework. The postholder will assist in the smooth running of functions pertaining to customer service frontline teams, maintaining a consistently high level of customer care. Dealing with customer enquiries in a helpful and friendly manner.
Please note that with effect from 1 April 2023, where a role requires PVG membership, candidates will be required to meet the cost of the PVG membership. This applies only to roles with a full time equivalent salary of £30,000 and above. (Teaching roles and jobs at Grade 11 and above (currently £30,285 per annum / £16.64 per hour) The Council will pay for the PVG membership cost initially, either £18 for existing PVG scheme members, or £59 for non-members, and this cost will be deducted from an employee's first FULL month's salary payment.,
* Good written/numerical and/or Customer Service skills gained through either Standard Grades/National 4 qualification(s) or
* Relevant work experience

* Ability to grasp new topics quickly on a self-taught basis
* Ability to communicate effectively, including non-verbal, verbal and written forms of communication
