I am currently recruiting for an ambitious, newly opened, rosetted fine dining gastropub with 15rooms looking for a talented and experienced Sous Chef to assist their Michelin star experienced Head Chef for their quality all fresh food 50cv with 50cv garden in the stunning South Wiltshire countryside within easy commute from Salisbury, East Dorset, East Somerset, Bournemouth and Southampton.
The successful Sous Chef will need to have good experience at 1-2AA rosette level for 1-2yrs+ cooking with fresh produce in quality restaurants, gastropubs, hotels within a midsize kitchen team.
