Key Responsibilities:
1. Greet and welcome visitors, clients, and guests.
2. Answer and manage incoming phone calls, emails, and general inquiries.
3. Receive and sort mail and packages.
4. Maintain a clean and organized reception area.
5. Assist with Facilities-administrative tasks as needed and directed by Site FM.
6. Ensure Client's security protocols are followed for visitor access.
Qualifications:
1. Previous experience in a receptionist or customer service role.
2. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
3. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
4. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
5. Professional appearance and demeanor.
6. Ability to remain calm under pressure.
Skills:
1. Exceptional interpersonal skills.
2. Attention to detail.
3. Problem-solving abilities.
4. Basic knowledge of office equipment.
5. Familiarity with scheduling software is a plus.
