About the Role
As a Customer Success Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring all customers derive maximum value from their investment in LexisNexis products and services. You will champion adoption of LexisNexis products to increase usage, drive retention, reduce attrition and improve NPS scores.
Responsibilities
1. Delivering an exceptional customer experience and developing technical training to ensure the best outputs for our customers
2. Ensuring training sessions are relevant and actionable for practitioners based on their needs
3. Supporting customers to optimise efficiencies in their workflow and transform their approach through online research and legal tech
4. Ensuring you remain up to date with new features and become a subject matter expert on our products to be able to quickly resolve customer queries
5. Collaborating across the business and sharing your knowledge and insights with newer members of the team
Requirements
6. Demonstrate experience of working in a commercially focused or customer facing environment
7. Possess great organisational and time management skills and an aptitude for making data-driven decisions
8. Have solid verbal and written communication skills
9. Demonstrate a desire to drive successful outcomes for customers and a natural ability to demonstrate product value
10. Be able to build excellent relationships with customers and stakeholders across all levels
11. Have excellent proven Sales or Training experience
