They are recruiting for an accounts assistant to support with the day to day bank reconciliations and bookkeeping for the business. This company is professional and forward thinking, with a track record of developing internal talent. They are based out of an office in Henley in Arden, which is accessible from the station.
The Accounts Assistant Role:
* Carrying out bank payments and reconciliations
* Overseeing all credit control procedures
* Assisting in circulating information to clients and responding to requests as needed
* Maintaining the system and ensuring it is up to date with any relevant changes.
* Answering any queries from leaseholders regarding service charge and credit control
* General bookkeeping duties for invoices, cheques, utility payments.
The Ideal Candidate will have:
* Experience with bookkeeping and bank reconciliations
* Customer service skills, with outstanding communication
* Strong mathematical accuracy and attention to detail
* Understanding off basic accounting processes, invoicing, purchase orders etc
* Ability to commute to Henley-in-Arden full time
