Role Summary: Due to the continuous growth at Medserv we are looking for a new team member to join our Invoice Resolutions Team as a Customer Services / IR Specialist. You will be joining an upbeat, vibrant and hardworking team of 17, overtime becoming a specialist in handling unresolved invoices, which sit with insurers, patients and other 3rd parties. Ensuring all contacts are accurately recorded and documented within the Medserv system. This involves reviewing and verifying invoices, identifying discrepancies, resolving any errors, and maintaining accurate notes.
