We are seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Year 3 Teacher to join our friendly and supportive team for a fixed-term position. This role is ideal for an individual passionate about teaching and committed to creating an engaging and inclusive classroom environment. You will be responsible for planning and delivering the Year 3 curriculum, fostering a love for learning, and ensuring that each student reaches their full potential. Key Responsibilities Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging lessons aligned with the national curriculum for Year 3 students. Assess and monitor students' progress, providing feedback and differentiated support. Create a positive and inclusive classroom atmosphere that supports student growth and well-being. Work collaboratively with colleagues to develop strategies and resources that support the diverse needs of pupils. Communicate effectively with parents and caregivers about students' progress and development. Requirements Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent. Proven experience teaching in a primary school setting, preferably in Key Stage 2. Strong understanding of the Year 3 curriculum and a commitment to differentiated instruction. Excellent communication and organizational skills.
