Due to a recent system project and growth we are on the search for an experienced Accounts Payable Clerk to join the business on a 3 month contract to permanent. The duties of the Accounts Payable Clerk role include: Processing multi-currency purchase invoices Monitoring AP mail box Carry out monthly supplier statement reconciliations and follow up on resulting queries Dealing with telephone and email supplier queries Participate in process improvement projects, ensure best practice and offer ideas for continuous improvement Flexible approach and open to continuous improved ways of working Intercompany recharges on a monthly basis Working as part of the European Finance Team Ensuring accurate VAT records Preparation of Supplier payments on a weekly basis Month end accrual journals and schedule completion Intercompany statement reconciliation Assist with internal and external audits Help the Finance Manager with ledger review at month end The successful Accounts Payable Clerk will: Have at least 3 years Accounts Payable experience.
