Learning Support Assistant | Westminster | ASAP

What We're Looking For:
* A bachelor’s degree in Psychology or a similar field from a prestigious UK university, with a 2:1 or higher
* Proven experience working with children, particularly those with SEN or in specialist circumstances
* Previous experience providing 1:1 support to SEN students is highly advantageous
* Strong confidence in supporting SEN students both individually and in groups of 5-6
Your Role:
* Deliver specific 1:1 support to make learning experiences of SEN students exceptional
* Contribute to the management of EHCP processes and collaborate with teachers to implement effective learning strategies
* Provide tailored support to a diverse group of SEN students, adjusting your approach to meet each student's unique needs
