About You About The Role Your role as Senior Content Writer : You will be Content Lead on up to 15 clients and provide fresh, original ideas that work with their strategy and content pillars Working with the Head of Content you will develop ideas and create White Papers and thought leadership pieces Lead in the development of content calendars and present these to clients and internal stakeholders Working alongside the Technical Account Managers you will produce well-optimised and well-written on-site content Working alongside the Digital Marketing Executives you will produce good quality, relevant and accurate outreach content You will follow and update our internal content guidelines/ Crib Sheets and processes to make sure we are writing the best quality content we can for our clients You will brief and work with the Studio team on the creation of imagery, videos or graphics You will create client-facing social media reports using social analytics and data, report on KPIs and base recommendations on this data analysis You will confidently present reports and recommendations to clients and internal IDHL teams What we’d like you to bring to the role: A passion for writing, particularly for an online audience Educated to degree level in a relevant field Fluent, confident and clear writer with the ability to communicate a wide range of information effectively and concisely Ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines Able to follow and improve on house/ style guidelines and tone of voice Excellent writing skills, including grammar, vocabulary, punctuation, and style Strong proof-reading skills of their own and others’ articles and ability to amend according to internal or client requests Proficiency with Microsoft Office package Ability to use Google Analytics to assess success of copy for a client
