Responsibilities
* Provide high-quality personal care and support to clients.
* Follow care plans and risk assessments to meet the needs of clients.
* Assist with the administration of medication.
* Ensure that accurate and up-to-date records are maintained.
* Communicate effectively with clients, families, and other healthcare professionals.
Requirements
* 6 months previous paid experience of working as a carer or support worker within the UK
* Ability to commit to at least 24 hours of work per week.
* Access to your own vehicle is essential for this role.
