For more information visit www.pxlimited.com. The Opportunity We are now recruiting for a Gas Logistics Specialist at our Stockton Head Office. This team are based in our Stockton Head Office, and support both Teesside Gas Processing Plant (TGPP) and St Fergus Gas Terminal (SFGT). This is a busy, varied, and challenging role which supports both sites in ensuring that all activities associated with the safe and efficient delivery of natural gas from North Sea offshore fields to the National Transmission System, are achieved in both a professional and timely manner. Working closely with the site Operations Teams and customers, you will be continually monitoring and adjusting gas profiles throughout your shift to meet customer and plant requirements, ensuring excellent communications between upstream, downstream and plant colleagues in real time. The role includes efficient and accurate daily reporting to customers, National Grid and TGPP Management Team, including interpretation of data and gas market analysis. As part of this role, you will also contribute to, and support the development and compliance of all relevant commercial policies, procedures and strategies and ensure that all contractual obligations are met. To be successful, you will need to be extremely confident working with numbers, producing reports and working with all Microsoft packages, especially Excel. You must be able to react, multi-task and solve issues in real time and be a confident communicator, in person, in writing and over the telephone. Ideally you will have relevant experience of gas logistics gained in a similar role, but this is not essential as full training will be given. As a Gas Logistics Specialist, you will be office based, working to a shift pattern which runs 24/7, 365 days per year. The successful candidate must be flexible in the hours they can work. You will be supported with personalised on the job training, coaching, mentoring and twice-yearly development and performance reviews to help maintain and develop your contributions and competence. Minimum Requirements: GCSE English and Maths (grade C and above) or equivalent. Relevant experience working within a busy commercial and customer focussed environment. Ability to react, multi-task and solve issues in real time. Self-motivated and able to work alone. A strong team player who can adapt to change and demonstrate flexibility with tasks and working patterns to ensure the needs of the team and the business are met. Ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines. Confident in working with numbers and spreadsheets and the ability to work to a high degree of accuracy and exceptional attention to detail.
