OA are currently working with a successful, growing organisation who are currently looking to recruit an experienced Customer Service Executive to support the department in handling customer enquiries, communicating updates and building strong relationships with clients.
1. Working Hours: Monday to Friday 09:00 – 17:30

Customer Service Executive – Key Responsibilities:
6. Provide exceptional customer service via telephone and email ensuring all customers are responded to in a timely manner.
7. Handle customer inquiries and orders, keeping customers updated at all times.
8. Collaborate with the team to ensure timely and accurate delivery of products.
9. Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer orders as well as updates.
10. Build strong relationships with customers to ensure they are satisfied with the service.
Customer Service Executive – Key Skills and Experience:
11. Previous experience in a customer service role.
12. Have excellent communication, both verbal and written.
13. Ability to work independently and demonstrate strong attention to detail.
14. IT literate, with confidence in using MS Office.
15. Maintain a positive attitude.
