Our client is seeking an experienced Property Law Solicitor to join an established legal practice in Staffordshire. This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled legal professional to take the next step in their career while working with a diverse client base.
Your Key Responsibilities:
Managing all aspects of property transactions from inception to completion
Providing comprehensive legal advice to clients on property matters
Preparing and reviewing legal documentation
Leading client negotiations and maintaining strong relationships
Handling personal wealth, estates, and tax planning matters
Ensuring compliance with current property law and regulations
Contributing to business development initiatives
Working collaboratively with other professionals in property transactions
Essential Requirements:
Minimum 7 years' experience in property law and conveyancing
Qualified solicitor with valid practicing certificate
Law degree and relevant professional qualifications
Proven track record in business development
Excellence in client relationship management
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
Exceptional attention to detail
Advanced communication and negotiation skills
Desirable: Private client experience Knowledge of the local property market Experience with legal case management systems

Benefits Package:
Competitive salary between £40,000 - £50,000 (depending on experience)
28 days annual leave (20 days plus bank holidays)
