* Braehead Specsavers is based in the retail district by the River Clyde
What's on offer
* Full Time (5 days out of 7) - 9am - 5.30pm with a weekend day to be worked each week
* Salary - circa £30,000 DOE

Experience level: Must have retail optics experience.
Main Duties to include:
* Manage overall team performance to achieve financial targets considering the retail calendar year.
* Drive store key performance indicators (KPIs)
* Manage Health and Safety effectively and ensure store compliance.
* Ensure personal development of yourself and your team aligns with business objectives.
* Mentor and coach others in all aspects of daily store operations, make referrals to managers, and develop the team.
* Deliver complex dispensing and advanced problem-solving.
