The Interim Senior Brand Manager role is a 9 month fixed-term contract focused on driving brand growth, profitability, and market share for a leading brand. The Senior Brand Manager will oversee revenue and profit targets, and with a high level of responsibility, will work closely with internal and external stakeholders, including the senior leadership team. This role requires deep consumer insight and cross-functional collaboration to deliver brand objectives.
Key responsibilities include developing and implementing brand strategies to meet sales and profit goals, executing annual brand plans and identifying market opportunities through consumer insights and competitive analysis. The Senior Brand Manager will manage key parts of the portfolio and drive specific brand initiatives, including product innovation, design and pricing strategies. They will also be responsible for overseeing brand communications across digital, social media, and in-store channels, working closely with agencies to optimise marketing spend and maximise brand impact. This role demands strong commercial acumen, significant project management and leadership to encourage collaboration across teams.
Ideal candidates will have a background in FMCG with proven experience in brand marketing and a strategic mindset. Essential skills include project management, cross-functional collaboration, budget management and the ability to lead brand communications and media planning. Desirable qualifications include a degree in marketing or business and experience in the food industry.
